Bali, Indonesia. Day [05] 9th April 2011

Assalamualaikum, Hi there!

       It's the last day of our honeymoon in Bali. Wow!! Time fly by so fast when your having fun huh? Being in the office seems like ages, but only 5 minutes have pass. Man! My wife and I woke at 9am that day. Had breakfast, shower, pack and got ready to check out of the hotel. Then we're picked up by Pak Artori to do some souvenir shopping at Krishna. Some people might do their souvenir shopping along the road in Ubud or some other places. But as for me, I prefer Krishna. It's fixed price. No need to bargain. Price are reasonable. I heard somebody saying, " Hey, I bought this for double the price at that place yesterday". Ooppssss... I guess he didn't bargain. hmmm.. Pictures!!

They have everything here. Same stuff they are selling outside.

After that we had lunch at Pawon Pasundan. A Jawa Style Restaurant.

Full to da Max!! And then we head to Kuta Beach. Can you believe that? We stayed in Kuta, but this is our first time at Kuta Beach. haha.. And it's our last day too. :P

After chilling and relaxing at the beach. We head of to the Airport. Leaving one of the nicest place on earth. :) Sad and excited at the same time. Excited to go back home. Nothing beats home!! :)

Bali, Indonesia. Day [04] 8th April 2011

Assalamualaikum. Hi there,

         Guess what. I didn't charge the camera!! What!!!??.. Thought it was enough for the whole day!! Apparently not!! Wasted!! We went 3 Temples on the 4th day. The camera died on us at the 2nd temple. And The last temple was Tanah Lot!! What a waste!! :P  But it's still "all good"!! We still have camera phone.. Woohooo!!!.

         The first temple we went was to the Taman Ayun Temple in Mengwi. Let me show the pictures yeah!!

Next we went to eat. But we didn't take any pictures. The place was packed with people and also our camera nearly ran out of battery. hehe.. After food we went to Temple in The Lake, which is in Bratan Lake. Check out the pictures. We manage to take some pictures using the camera. After that it died. *FAIL*. From here on out we started taking pictures with our phone.

The temple is surrounded by mountains.

And the last stop of the day was to Pura Tanah Lot or Tanah Lot Temple. Such a beautiful place with a beautiful scenery. We can't capture the scenery on camera cause our camera died :P. We just have our phones. Check it out... :P

     

Everybody waited for the sun set, but the sky was to cloudy can't see the sun set. :P It was a nice experience!! Went back to the hotel after that had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Was to tired to go out anywhere. :)

Bali, Indonesia. Day [03] 7th April 2011

Assamualaikum WBT. Hi, how are you?

      Yes... Day 3, Bali Honeymoon. Woke up at around 7am. It was raining, so it was kinda hard to get out of bed. Had breakfast, took a shower, got ready and we're off for our 3rd day tour. It was rainy the whole day. A little bit cold and also cloudy. Can't really see the sky that day. What a waste, cause that particular day we went to the mountain top for the volcano. Volcano!! But it's all good!! Was a great experience!!

      Let's see........ Pictures!! Let's go!!!

       First we went for Barong and Keris Dance at Batubulan Village. This dance tell us a story about the fight between good and evil. I didn't quite understand the story even though they gave us pamphlets telling us about the dance and the story itself. If you are interested maybe you can "go here" for a better idea of it. But me and my wife enjoyed the show. :)

I was confused. I don't know which one was the evil
one and the good one. Is it the monsters or these people. hhmmm...

Next we went Batik Village. Where we got our newly bought t-shirt painted. We picked a picture and they will draw it in front of you there and then. Very talented. Very nice!!

We also went to Keluarga Mas Fine Art Gallery in Ubud!

We did not take any pictures inside. Am not really a fan of fine art.
I think we can't take pictures inside. :P

After that we head to Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave). It's a temple in Ubud. Lets see the pictures..

Next, let's go to Mount Batur and Lake Batur. Like I said earlier. It was not a fine day, so we can't see the mountain top. T.T sad!!!! We had lunch at one of the halal restaurant there. It was actually cold up there in the mountains. hehe.. 

Can't see the Volcano's opening. But we manage to take a peek at it when
the clouds moved away for awhile

Next place is our favorite place. Buana Amertha Agrotourism! A coffee plantation. Woohoo!!! They have all sorts of coffee.. Nah not all but "Luwak Coffee" is the best seller. The most expensive coffee in the world. I think. Check it out.

After a long day. We head back to Kuta. Pak Artori brought us to Kuta City. Did some shopping!! Hard Rock Cafe here we come!!

Bali, Indonesia. Day [02] 6th April 2011

Assalamualaikum WBT. How are you guys? Good? Good to know.. Good to know..

         Nope still never too late.. Me and my wife was really excited to start our first day tour of Bali. We woke up as early as 6.30am to get ready for the tour. Oh Yeah. It was a private tour. Just me and my Wife. :) Pak Artori, our tour guide arrived at the hotel at around 9am. Brief us on our tour and then we are set to go!!

          Did you bring swimming apparels? Yeah we did... Cool, Lets go. We are going to Tanjung Benoa, which is in Nusa Dua, to do some water sports. Alright!!!!!!!!!!! Wow how exciting!!!

          We took a package for Scuba Diving + Donut + Flying Fish + Turtle Farm visit. Lets get the pictures to do the story telling :)

1st: Donut. What's Donut? The guy said, it's something like banana boat, but you won't
fall in the water. But he didn't mention it was round :P

2nd: Flying Fish. You lie on you back.
Then it will fly. Wow!!

The rope actually snapped during the first run. :P We landed quite hard. man!!
But it was all good!!

Yes!! We are flying!!

3rd: Scuba Diving. Without License! so there was two instructors with....
us all the time. . :)

Its all good. after we are done with water sports we headed to Turtle Farm Deluang Sari. Woohooo!!!

Big aren't they? They allowed me to go grab a hold of the turtle and hold it up.
I say "Nah, Its OK. I don't want to get myself wet. But....
I got wet anyway.. :P

(I didn't pee in my pants, it was the turtles).

They even have bats. Can we feed this to the snake??

Hello Hello. After food Pak Artori brought us to the spa. WaveSpa is the name. hehehehe.. Nice one Pak Artori. We really needed that. :)

After the massage and the flower bath. <--- is this correct? I feel light as a feather.. hehe :) It felt so good!! Alhamdulillah. Next, we went to Uluwatu. To the Monkey Temple. Is that what it's called?

Yeah. Uluwatu. Pak Artori warns us not to bring anything that
can be grabbed. Cause the monkeys are nakal(naughty).
We saw a monkey tried to take away a guy's flip flops.. haha

Do you know why I was far from my wife? I'm afraid of heights!! :P

Cool huh? Unlucky cause it was a cloudy day. Can't see the sunset.

The sunset. Now, off to Dewata Cafe, Jimbaran. It was really nice there. The nice thing about this place was the restaurant is facing the sea. So, we had our table outside. Open air, no roof, and on the beach. The wind was so cooling and refreshing. Sadly, our camera was not good enough to capture the scenery. Here are some photos that we took..

The food was great. The scenery was awesome. The water was fine. The animals are kind. The people are friendly too!! What more can we ask for... After a long day, we head back to the hotel to get some rest to continue our tour the next day.... :)
